FOOD HOLDING CABINETS

With its unique module design, Thermotainer offers individual compartments, each with its own humidity control.  Thermostatic temperature controls for each compartment are also available.  These benefits help eliminate flavor and odor transfers, while saving energy and food costs.

There are five (5) basic models from which to choose.  The common features of all Thermotainers are, Single Thermostat, Hinged Uni-Doors, Reach-In or Pass-Thru models, individual Compartment Thermostat, 18 Gauge Stainless Steel Tops, 1-9 Compartment Configurations and 120 Volt/1 Phase Electrical Requirements.

"A" Series Models have: 9"H x 14"W x 23-1/2"D compartments, drop down door/shelf, (2) pairs stainless steel removable slides per compartment, with a compartment capacity (per comp.), w/standard slides, of (3) ea. 12" x 20" x 2" pans, OR (2) ea. 12" x 20" x 4" OR (1) ea. 12" x 20" x 8" pan.

"B" Series Models have: 9"H x 22-1/2"W x 28-1/2"D compartments, drop down door/shelf, (2) pairs stainless steel removable slides per compartment, with a compartment capacity (per comp.), w/standard slides, of (6) ea. 12" 20" x 8" pans OR (3) ea. 8" x 26" sheet pans.

:"C" Series Models have: 9"H x 29"W x 28-1/2"D compartments, one (1) drop down door/shelf, compartment divided by center mullion, (4) pairs stainless steel removable slides per compartment, with a compartment capacity (per comp.), w'standard slides, of (6) ea. 12" x 20" x 2" pans OR (4) ea. 12" x 20" x 4" pans OR (2) ea. 12" x 20" x 8" pans .

"D" Series Models have: 16-3/4"H x 22"W x 28-1/2"D compartments, hinged Uni-Door, (3) pairs stainless steel removable slides per compartment, compartment capacity (per comp.), w/standard slides, of (10) ea. 12" x 20" x 2" pans OR (6) ea. 12" x 20" x4" pans OR (4) ea. 12" x 20" x 8" pans OR (7) ea. 18" x 26" sheet pans on 2" centers.

"E" Series Models have:  21"H x 22"W x 28-1/2"D compartments, hinged Uni-Door, (4) pairs stainless steel removable slides per compartment, compartment capacity (per com.), w/standard slides, of (14) ea, 12" x 20" x 2" pans Pass-Thru:  (28) ea. 12" x 20" x 2" pans; (16) ea, 12" x 20" x 4" pans; (4) ea. 12" x 20" x 8" pans; (8) ea. 12" x 20" x 8" pans or (2) ea. 18" x 26" sheets pans on 2" centers.
