A complete line of Drop-Ins and Slide-Ins with a range beyond any current line on the market today.  Duke's Drop-In units can supplement existing systems or may become a total system, for the present as well as the future.

The Drop-In line offers quality, value and versatility.  There are two exclusive models: Slide-In and SlimlineSlimline models are narrower than full size units and so eliminate space and design constrictions which may limit the use of Drop-Ins.  The Slide-In models are easier to install and provide greater access to the controls than conventional drop-ins.

Duke offers the following models in our Drop-In line of equipment:

Gas Hot Food Units:  Specify Natural or Propane for Gas Units. 1- to 6-well models.

Electric Hot Food Units:  Exposed Element or Sealed Wells, single or 3-phase (except 1-well units) 1-to 6-well units.

Mechanically Assisted Ice Cooled Cold Pan Units: 5" or 8" Deep Cold Pans in 18" to 88" lengths.

Ice Cooled Cold Pan Units:  5" and 8" deep cold pans in 18" to 88" lengths.

Frost Top Units:  1" high stainless steel refrigerated platform above counter top.  Available in 32" to 88" lenths.

Slimline Slide-Ins/Drop-Ins Units:  Electric Hot Food Units with open or sealed wells, Mechanically Assisted Cold Pans (5" and 8" depths), NSF Standard 7 Mechanically Cooled Cold Pans (8" and 10" depths), Ice Cooled Cold Pans (5" and 8" depths).

Hot/Cold Merchandiser:  Electric heated upper shelf and door, open mechanical cold pan below, and lights.  Merchandiser is 36" long.

Accessories:  Glass Display Shelves, Serving Shelves, Self-Service Canopies , Carving Boards and Dish Shelves, Buffet Shelves, Spillage/Water Pans, Telescope Covers, Adapter Plates, Panels and Bars, Stainless Steel Pans and Flat Covers.
